En tant qu’OpEx Leader et rattaché hiérarchiquement à l’OpEx Manager du site, vous participez à la définition et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie d’amélioration continue (Operational Excellence) au niveau du site, en lien avec les principes du Medtronic Performance System (MPS). A ce titre vous pilotez des projets et initiatives grâce à vos compétences clés en termes de Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma et résolution de problèmes ; et vous êtes un acteur-clé dans la transformation du modèle industriel du site et du développement de ses performances opérationnelles. Les responsabilités peuvent inclure les activités suivantes et d'autres activités peuvent être assignées: Gérer des projets/chantiers d’amélioration continue et développer le management visuel dans les zones d’activité Coacher des activités de résolution de problèmes avec la méthodologie A3 DMAIC  Coacher, supporter les managers / chefs de projet / employés par l’application des principes du Medtronic Performance System (MPS) Animer des formations MPS pour les besoins locaux Soutenir l'amélioration d'une culture/état d'esprit quotidien et mature d'amélioration continue/Lean et Six Sigma/MPS pour tout le personnel du site de Trévoux Travailler avec les services concernés pour identifier et piloter des opportunités d'amélioration des processus et de gains de productivité (réduction des coûts de fabrication) Assurer la liaison avec le réseau OpEx Medtronic afin de partager et de comparer les meilleures pratiques Connaissances et expériences requises: Formation : Bac +3 expérimenté à Bac +5 / Ingénieur Méthodes de Production ou spécialisation en Lean Manufacturing Bonne connaissance et pratique reconnue dans la mise en œuvre des principes et outils du Lean Manufacturing (chantier Kaizen, outils de résolution de problème type A3 DMAIC, 5S et management visuel, VSM, équilibrage de ligne, réduction des gaspillages, flux tirés et Kanban, travail standardisé, OEE, one piece flow, AIC) 5 ans minimum d’expérience en milieu industriel dans les domaines de la Production/Méthodes ou Amélioration Continue Mesure de temps d’opérations de fabrication, définition de modes opératoires Identification et chiffrage de gains de productivité Aisance à travailler sur le terrain (animation de chantiers, formation, coaching et résolution de problème) avec les équipes de production et fonctions supports Connaissance en Gestion de projet et appétence pour les projets techniques Qualités de communication et de pédagogie Anglais courant.
