Das Cardiac Rhythm Management Team arbeitet auf dem wachsenden und innovativen Markt der Behandlung von Herzrhythmusstörungen. In der Rolle als Sales Representative werden Sie für unser Produktportfolio, das unter anderem Herzschrittmacher, implantierbare Defibrillatoren und implantierbare Herzmonitore umfasst, verantwortlich sein. Diese Position umfasst die Region Deutschsprachige Schweiz und ist daher eine Remote Position. Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Für Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein. Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt: Verantwortung, Betreuung und Entwicklung von Spitalkunden im Bereich der Kardiologie Aktiver Verkauf und Promotion unseres Produktportfolios (Herzschrittmacher, implantierbare Defibrillatoren, Herzmonitore) Schulung und Weiterbildung von Ärzten und medizinischem Fachpersonal in der Anwendung von Medtronic-Produkten, einschliesslich der Funktionen und Algorithmen der implantierbaren Geräte Unterstützung bei Implantationen im OP und Nachsorgen wo nötig Unterstützung des Teams bei der Erfüllung der gemeinsamen Ziele Analyse, Interpretation und strukturierte Aufbereitung von Gebietsanalysen sowie Entwicklung konkreter Aktionspläne Laufende Analyse potentieller Optimierungsmassnahmen im Verkaufsgebiet Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Produktelager im Verkaufsgebiet Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Weitergabe relevanter Informationen an das Team Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung über neue Produkte, Technologien, und Verkaufsprozesse durch Selbststudium sowie Teilnahme an internen und externen Schulungen Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen Kongressen Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung: Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B.
