Additionally, you will participate in meetings with contractors to discuss workplace safety regulations, engage with clients to ensure the success of projects and activities, and handle other tasks assigned by the building manager. You will need to create plans and strategies to ensure thorough building inspections. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing activities with tenants, conducting annual fire evacuation drills, overseeing safety-related tasks, coordinating with various contractual partners, and managing building decoration work. This includes supervising contractors, inspecting construction drawings, and ensuring smooth execution of Fitout tasks. Sound like you? To apply you need to be: Well-versed in the field Qualifications • Bachelors and or advanced degrees in the engineering or education field.
