The team is seeking an experienced candidate to join our team to advance our ESG data and decarbonization efforts with our supply chain.  This role offers the opportunity to make meaningful impact on JLL's sustainability journey while developing cutting-edge approaches to supply chain carbon management in the commercial real estate industry. Job Description Drive JLL's supplier carbon emissions data collection and analysis program by developing innovative engagement strategies with corporate vendors, transforming raw emissions data into actionable insights, and support advancing our supply chain decarbonization initiatives. This role combines technical data management with strategic vendor relationship building to support JLL's decarbonization journey. Key Responsibilities: Supplier Emissions Data Management.   This role will establish and maintain carbon emissions data collection processes across JLL's supplier network. Develop standardized data collection frameworks, work directly with vendors to gather information, and ensure data quality and completeness. Build automated systems for tracking, validating, and updating supplier carbon footprint data on an ongoing basis. Establish data collection processes to gather data and insights from our supply chain. Oversee processes for collecting, calculating, and maintaining data from suppliers Strategic Vendor Engagement  Design and implement innovative engagement strategies to motivate supplier participation in carbon reporting initiatives. Create compelling business cases for vendor collaboration, develop educational materials and workshops, and establish recognition programs for high-performing sustainable suppliers. Build strong working relationships with key vendor contacts to drive continuous improvement in environmental performance. Data Analysis & Insights Development  Transform supplier emissions data into meaningful insights that inform decisions and sustainability strategy. Conduct trend analysis, benchmark supplier performance against industry standards, and identify opportunities for carbon reduction across the supply chain. Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards that clearly communicate progress and opportunities. Program Innovation & Optimization  Continuously evaluate and enhance supplier engagement approaches through pilot programs, technology integration, and process improvements. Stay current with emerging best practices in supply chain sustainability, carbon accounting methodologies, and vendor management tools. Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate carbon considerations into procurement processes. Required Qualifications : 6 years of experience in sustainability or environmental management with specific focus on supply chain or carbon reduction initiatives Bachelor's degree required (environmental science, business administration, supply chain management, or related field.   Advanced degree in sustainability, supply chain management, environmental science, or related field preferred. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and carbon accounting frameworks such as GHG Protocol. Proven track record of building effective relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders. Experience developing and implementing data collection programs, preferably in corporate sustainability or ESG contexts. Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical environmental concepts for diverse business audiences. Collaborative problem-solver able to work effectively across functions and organizations Self-starter with strong initiative and follow-through capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in sustainability, environmental management, or MBA with sustainability focus. Professional certifications in carbon accounting or sustainability management. Experience with supply chain sustainability programs in large corporate environments. Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and frameworks. Background in commercial real estate or professional services industries. This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 120,000.00 – 170,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
