AV/IT/Security Technical Solutions Lead Project & Development Services What this job involves : Supporting the team You will be working side-by-side with the team to ensure the success of a project – from its initiation to design phase to construction and to completion. The projects are many and varied, including variations in project dollar value and complexity. We are seeking an experienced AV/IT/Security Technical Solutions Lead to spearhead technical consulting, design, and project delivery within our organization. This dynamic role seamlessly combines pre-sales technical expertise with hands-on project management to deliver comprehensive integrated solutions from initial concept through final commissioning and client handover. You will be exposed to Fit-outs & Refurbishments for both Tenants and Landlords in Commercial, Retail, lndustrial, Hospitality and Education. Managing multiple projects concurrently Do you enjoy multi-tasking? Several projects are on-going at various stages hence you will have to coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure no downtime during works. You will be involved from preparing project specifications and project timeline, preparing tender or bid documents and vendor procurement as well as weekly project reports and updates to be submitted the stakeholders. Delivering projects within the established budgets and timelines is the key! Key Responsibilities Technical Consulting & Design • Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients to define AV/IT/Security technology needs and specifications • Design comprehensive integrated solutions encompassing audiovisual, information technology, and security systems • Develop detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) and technical specifications for tender documentation • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for AV/IT/Security solutions across the business. Pre-Sales & Business Development • Support Business Development initiatives through technical solution design, client presentations and budgeting. • Prepare competitive tender responses and technical proposals • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for prospective projects • Collaborate with internal team to identify technology opportunities Project Management & Delivery • Manage end-of-the-end project implementation from design through commissioning and handover • Oversee competitive procurement processes, including vendor selection. • Coordinate with appointed contractors throughout project delivery lifecycle • Review and approve design submittals, conduct site inspections, and manage acceptance testing • Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements Stakeholder Management • Engage confidently with internal teams, external clients, and vendor partners • Facilitate clear communication of technical requirements and project expectations • Manage contractor through installation, testing, commissioning, and final acceptance phases • Lead client handover processes and provide technical documentation Sounds like you? Our successful candidates have: • Proven experience in AV/IT/Security pre-sales solution design and BOM development • Hands on experience in AV/IT/Security consulting and project implementation • Demonstrated track record of managing technology projects from initiation to completion • Experience with procurement processes and vendor management Technical Competencies • Proficiency in integrated AV/IT/Security system design and specification • Understanding of commercial real estate technology requirements and constraints • Knowledge of industry is the best practice for AV/IT/Security.
