Senior Project Manager, Corporate Interiors – JLL What this job involves: As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will hold a critical position within our Regional Project Team and will be directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging projects for a financial services client while utilizing your expertise and skills to oversee projects and ensure the successful delivery of Corporate Interior projects ranging in size from $1M to $100M+. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in project management will be instrumental in driving project success while managing and overseeing all aspects of projects, including strategy, programming, design, schedule, entitlements, bidding, procurement, permitting, execution and close out. This role involves acting as the primary contact with the client throughout the duration of the project from programming through construction close out while collaborating with various stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring they are aligned with clients' goals and expectations. What your day-to-day will look like: Manage and oversee all aspects of projects, including strategy, programming, design, schedule, entitlements, bidding, procurement, permitting, execution and close out Develop high level estimates and schedules as part of the overall strategy and business case Prepare project updates, identifying and communicating risks early, while providing solutions to meet client driven schedule and budget Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards Act as the primary contact with the client throughout the duration of the project from programming through construction close out Develop Master Project schedules and manage project performance against schedules, scheduled milestones and critical path items on multiple projects Develop detailed project budget based on historical and market data and clearly defined set of budget assumptions Guide the client and team through the design implementation process including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documentation and signoff Facilitate initiation of all critical project meetings and coordination exercises with internal staff, key stakeholders and external users Prepare RFPs needed for design and contractor services as well as manage the overall vendor selection process Read construction plans efficiently, finding potential areas of concern or hidden costs prior to GC contract execution Required Qualifications: 7-15 years of experience in project management, preferably in Corporate Interiors Experience in managing multiple diverse types of Corporate Interiors projects, varying from $5M to $50M+ in size Ability to manage 8-12 projects at a time Firm knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industry Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong critical thinking skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage and follow through on complex procedural requirements with experience working within formalized systems and methodical approach to work Excellent verbal and written communications skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc. Experience in managing complex high end / high touch Corporate Interior projects Experience with Corporate Interior projects ranging in size from $1M to $100M+ Understanding of strategy, programming, design, entitlements, bidding, procurement, and permitting processes Experience with due diligence efforts and coordination on behalf of internal team, project partners, clients and/or end users Knowledge of project management strategies and methodologies development and implementation Experience leveraging innovative ways of working to enhance efficiency and productivity Understanding of client procedural requirements and protocols adherence Experience with vendor selection process management and RFP preparation Location: Onsite This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 137,280.00 – 195,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
