A Day in the Life 负责过程及成品质量管理工作。收集进货、过程、顾客反馈的质量数据并进行分析，为产品持续改进提供输出，为产品质量提供保证。 岗位职责 1.负责制定并完善产品实现过程中质量控制计划； 2.负责质量信息采集、数据分析与改进管理，并每月进行 产品质量数据汇总； 3.负责各种产品异常的调查分析的发起及跟踪,CAPA落 实的跟踪验证； 4.认真实现公司执行的质量方针和质量目标,完成本岗位 质量目标； 5.负责关键控制点的MSA分析； 6.负责零部件及成品的检验作业指导书的编写及完善； 7.实时组织QC活动； 8.根据程序文件和作业指导书协调各部门之间的工作，实 时改进和完善质量体系控制流程； 9.负责对特殊过程的监控，评审过程确认方案的报告； 10.负责评审设计变更以及设计变更的相关验证工作； 11.负责评审设计输入/输出/，评审设计验证、设计确认是否符合法规要求； 12.完成领导安排的其他工作。 任职要求 1.Education required 必要或希望的教育背景 本科及以上学历 2.Work experience 工作经验 两年及两年以上质量管理工作经历 3.Competency/Skills 能力/技能 熟练使用minitab、Excel等常规质量分析工具；熟悉相关质量控制方法；熟悉六西格玛理念和基本工具的运用。 4.Qualification/Credential 资质 质量工程师 5.Language 语言 具备一定的英语读写能力。 6.Computer. 计算机能力 具备良好的办公软件操作能力； 7.Others 其他 对工作认真负责、严谨细致；具有将强的分析能力，善于沟通。 Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  Benefits & Compensation Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
