This role demands a strategic leader who can leverage their extensive expertise and relationships to deliver high-profile projects that align with our firm’s and our clients' exacting standards of quality, sustainability, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the successful execution of large, complex commercial and mixed-use greenfield projects. Drive the development and implementation of project frameworks and protocols that align with company objectives and industry’s best practices. Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with senior-level clients and key stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and project alignment with their strategic goals. Mentorship and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Share insights and establish training initiatives to elevate the team's competencies and overall project delivery capability. Financial Stewardship: Oversee comprehensive financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness. Utilize advanced financial acumen to balance strategic growth with operational efficiency. Quality and Compliance Enforcement: Uphold rigorous standards of quality, sustainability, and compliance, integrating cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to advance project outcomes. Champion best practices in safety, risk management, and environmental stewardship. Complex Problem Solving: Leverage deep industry insights to anticipate challenges and implement proactive solutions that minimize risks and capitalize on opportunities. Engage cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues collaboratively and efficiently. Thought Leadership: Position JLL as a leader in commercial and mixed-use developments through public speaking, publishing, and participation in industry forums. Advocate for sustainable development and innovative solutions within the real estate sector. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is highly desirable. Over 30 years of progressive experience in project management, specifically in commercial and mixed-use greenfield projects. Proven history of delivering large-scale, high-value projects within time, scope, and budget. Deep understanding of the Mumbai real estate landscape, including regulatory, economic, and industry trends. Strong leadership presence with exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in advanced project management software and analytical tools. Why Join JLL?
