Your scope of work will include: Assist with tenant and landlord representation across various retail projects Coordinate property tours, site inspections, and client meetings Conduct market surveys and analyse retail trends and demographic data Research comparable lease rates and prepare market intelligence reports Support lease proposals, transaction documentation, and due diligence processes Maintain client databases and CRM systems Participate in client outreach, prospecting, and networking events Learn financial analysis and retail property valuation fundamentals Sound like you?
