Vous interviendrez sur des portefeuilles stratégiques combinant les dispositifs chirurgicaux Hernie, avec une présence terrain essentielle au bloc opératoire. Vous évoluerez au sein d’équipes pluridisciplinaires (Ingénieurs Technico-Commerciaux, Responsables Scientifiques et Techniques, Chefs de Produits collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes nationales et régionales. Votre activité s’inscrit dans un contexte de fort développement technologique, notamment autour des innovations en solutions chirurgicales per-opératoires (Fixation, renforts pariétaux et hémostase). Nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Technico-Commercial F/H couvrant les départements 06, 13, 83, 20 et 84, avec une forte dimension bloc opératoire, expertise technique et développement commercial. Les responsabilités peuvent inclure les activités suivantes et d'autres activités peuvent être assignées Développer et promouvoir les ventes sur votre secteur auprès des établissements de santé publics et privés Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs commerciaux quantitatifs et qualitatifs Identifier les besoins clients et proposer des solutions adaptées à forte valeur ajoutée Lancer les nouveaux produits, suivre les appels d’offres et assurer le reporting (CRM, plans de tournées, suivi contrats) Assurer le support technique au bloc opératoire et l’accompagnement des équipes médicales Former les professionnels de santé à l’utilisation des dispositifs et technologies Agir en tant qu’expert produit. Valoriser l’innovation technologique Construire et entretenir des relations solides avec les professionnels de santé et leaders d’opinion (KOLs) Participer à l’éducation médicale continue autour des produits et services Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes dans un environnement matriciel Connaissances et expériences requises Formation supérieure scientifique (ingénierie, biologie, pharmacie…) et/ou commerciale bac +5 Expérience confirmée en vente de dispositifs médicaux (idéalement bloc opératoire) Expérience requise ou fortement appréciée en chirurgie digestive.
