You will work as part of a facilities management team at a client corporate campus managed by JLL. Location: Seattle, WA 98101 Schedule: On-site, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Reporting To: Assistant Facility Manager Estimated Compensation: $28.17 - $31.34 an hour, the range listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A job offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data What this job involves: The Facilities Coordinator will assist the AFM with operational activities in accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk. The Facilities Coordinator is also required to provide administrative support to the team. What your day-to-day will look like: Client/Stakeholder Management Provide superior customer service to meet client expectations Offer front desk coverage for reception breaks and mealtime Procurement & Vendor Management Manage contractors and vendors to ensure required performance standards Procure vendors and services as required Coordinate with vendors to maintain stock of drinks, snacks, and paperware Finance Management Complete financial management requirements in timely and accurate manner Manage purchase orders in Corrigo Health & Safety Management Conduct regular safety audits and assist in carrying out safety procedures Site Operations Management Implement industry best practice operations Conduct site inspections to maintain building procedures and performance measures Reduce costs and improve operational standards Maintain premises in neat and good working condition Maintain duplicate office keys Provide FM support for meeting room bookings and room setups Manage work orders from creation to completion Adjust monitor arms and troubleshoot Zoom issues Risk Management Implement and manage property risk management programs Support disaster recovery and business continuity plans Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures Compliance & Performance Adhere to JLL business conduct guidelines and procedures Achieve KPI and SLA targets Required Qualifications: High school degree or GED equivalent 2+ years’ prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field Superior customer service skills and orientation Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision Must be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing administrative reports, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills Strong organizational skills and collaborative style Preferred Qualifications: Military service or higher education in a related field such as business, hospitality, facility/property management is desirable but not required Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Corrigo Please submit your application with an updated resume, location, and contact information. Estimated compensation for this position: 58,600.00 – 65,200.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
