Este rol es esencial para mantener el funcionamiento eficiente y seguro de nuestra organización.     Realizar mantenimiento preventivo programado en equipos, maquinaria e instalaciones.   Diagnosticar y reparar averías en sistemas mecánicos, eléctricos   y   de plomería   básicos.   Ejecutar reparaciones generales, incluyendo carpintería, pintura y trabajos de albañilería básicos.   Responder a solicitudes de mantenimiento y reparaciones de emergencia de manera oportuna.   Realizar inspecciones regulares de las instalaciones para identificar y abordar problemas potenciales.   Documentar todas las tareas de mantenimiento realizadas, incluyendo tiempo y materiales utilizados.   Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad y utilizar el equipo de protección personal adecuado.   Requisitos: Escolaridad básica   Al menos 2 años de experiencia en un rol similar de mantenimiento.   Conocimientos prácticos de sistemas eléctricos, mecánicos, de plomería   básicos .   Habilidad para leer e interpretar manuales técnicos y esquemas.   Experiencia en el uso de herramientas manuales y eléctricas.   Sueldo mensual bruto: $13,500.00, $3,150 semanales antes de impiestos Horario y roles de turno:  2V L-V 14:00 a 22:30hrs Sabado y Domingo se rolan turno y un turno nocturno por mes.
