Bei Minimed ist der Bereich Government Affairs für die Beobachtung und Analyse von politischen Entwicklungen und den Austausch mit (politischen) Entscheidungsträgern zuständig. Gleichzeitig stellt die Abteilung den Informationstransfer in das Unternehmen sicher. Zum Aufbau unseres Government Affairs-Teams in der DACH-Region suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, auf unbefristete Zeit, eine*n Government Affairs Specialist (w/m/d) für Deutschland, Österreich und die Schweiz. Diese Position bietet die spannende Möglichkeit, Teil des Diabetes-Geschäftsbereichs von Medtronic zu sein. Medtronic beabsichtigt, den Diabetes Bereich auszugliedern, um gezielt Wachstum und Innovationen voranzutreiben und gleichzeitig Ressourcen und Investitionen innerhalb des Unternehmens strategisch neu zu verteilen. All dies natürlich unter Berücksichtigung aller geltenden Informations- und Konsultationspflichten. Diese geplante Abspaltung eröffnet unserem Team die Gelegenheit, sein volles Potenzial zu entfalten und künftig mit noch mehr Dynamik und Flexibilität zu agieren. Als eigenständiges Unternehmen erwarten wir, von gezielten Investitionen zu profitieren, bedeutende Innovationen zu beschleunigen und die Versorgung von Patient*innen nachhaltig zu verbessern. Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt: Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Government Affairs-Strategie für Deutschland, Österreich und die Schweiz in Abstimmung mit Business Director DACH und politische Positionierung von Medtronic in allen drei Ländern Ansprechpartner*in für alle politischen Themen für das Diabetes Business sowie alle Funktionen im Unternehmen Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines belastbaren Netzwerks zu Politik, Verbänden und allen relevanten Organisationen  Begleitung laufender Gesetzgebungsprozesse und Initiativen aus der Politik sowie von anderen relevanten Akteuren sowie Entwicklung von Unternehmensstrategien Unterstützung bei Marktzugangsthemen Aufbereitung von politischen Entwicklungen und Trends und deren Auswirkungen auf Minimed Aktive Mitarbeit und Vertretung der Interessen von Minimed in relevanten Verbandsarbeitsgruppen und anderen Gremien  Erstellung und Koordination von Stellungnahmen, Positionspapieren und Präsentationen  Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von politischen Veranstaltungen     Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung: Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Politikwissenschaft, Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Gesundheitsökonomie oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs. Mindestens 5-8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem politischen Umfeld (Parlament, Regierung, Verband, Agentur, Krankenkasse, Industrie) – idealerweise im Bereich Gesundheitspolitik Fundierte Kenntnisse der Gesundheitssystem der drei Länder, seiner rechtlichen Grundlagen und aller relevanten Stakeholder  Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Verbänden und politisch relevanten Fachgesellschaften und Patientenorganisationen sowie in der Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams und im Projektmanagement Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Überzeugungskraft und hohe Sozialkompetenz; Hands-on-Mentalität, Pragmatismus und Lösungsorientierung Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Kenntnisse von MS-Office Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  Benefits & Compensation Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
