Zur Verstärkung Vertriebsteams für den Geschäftsbereich TAVI suchen wir derzeit eine*n engagierte*n und motivierte*n Kolleg*in für die Position des Therapy Support Specialist TAVI (m/w/d) – für die Region Bayern und es ist eine Remote Position. Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Für Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein. Pro Sekunde verbessern unsere Therapien das Leben von zwei Menschen. Für diese Stelle besteht eine einrichtungsbezogene Impfpflicht. Aus diesem Grund ist eine vollständige Masernimpfung Voraussetzung für die Besetzung der offenen Position. Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:  Fachkompetente Beratung für die Anwendung unseres Produktes Produktrelevante Begleitung der Prozedurplanung und -durchführung in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachärzten und Klinikpersonal Etablierung als Experte in Bezug auf die Therapie der Aortenklappenerkrankung, sowie unserer Produktplattform Durchführung von therapiespezifischen Trainings intern/extern Unterstützung von vertriebsfördernden Maßnahmen inklusive Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Produkt-Neueinführungen Umsetzung von strategischen Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Wertschätzung für unser Therapieangebot und zur Sicherung eines profitablen Wachstums   Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung: Eine abgeschlossene medizinische Berufsausbildung oder ein medizintechnisches Studium oder alternativ fundierte Berufserfahrung im Herzkatheterlabor, vorzugsweise im Bereich Klappenerkrankungen / TAVI Eine Affinität   für technische Produkte und komplexe Sachzusammenhänge Zuverlässigkeit und Verbindlichkeit sowie eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise Einen ausgeprägten Teamgeist Die Fähigkeit, Probleme zu lösen und Prioritäten zu setzen Ein freundliches und offenes Auftreten Eine ausgeprägte Servicebereitschaft Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift https://bit.ly/4c1dunb Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  Benefits & Compensation Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
