Diese Position ist in der Region der deutschsprachigen Schweiz zu besetzen. Sie werden hauptsächlich in dieser Region tätig sein und eng mit unseren Kunden vor Ort zusammenarbeiten. Gleichzeitig bietet die Rolle die Möglichkeit, nationale Reisen zu unternehmen, um unsere Kunden in der ganzen Schweiz zu unterstützen. Gelegentlich können auch internationale Reisen erforderlich sein, um an Fortbildungen und Trainings teilzunehmen, die Ihnen helfen, Ihre Fähigkeiten weiterzuentwickeln und auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik zu bleiben. Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen , wie folgt :    Installation, Wartung und Reparatur  des Operationsroboters  Hugo™  in medizinischen Einrichtungen.   Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme  und Integration des Hugo™-Systems in chirurgische Abläufe.   Schulung und Unterstützung  von medizinischem Fachpersonal bei der Anwendung des Hugo™-Systems.   Durchführung von regelmäßigen Inspektionen und Sicherheitsüberprüfungen des Systems.   Fehlersuche und Problemlösung  bei technischen Störungen, um höchste Betriebsbereitschaft sicherzustellen.   Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Arbeiten und Erstellung von Serviceberichten.   Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Support-Team und der Produktentwicklung zur Lösung komplexer technischer Probleme.   Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen und unternehmensinternen Vorschriften und Qualitätsstandards.   Teilnahme an Trainings und Weiterbildungen zu neuen Technologien und Produkten im Bereich der robotik -assistierten Chirurgie.     Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung :   Abgeschlossenes Studium in Medizintechnik, Elektrotechnik, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich.   Praktische Erfahrung in der Installation und Wartung von Medizintechnikgeräten, idealerweise im Bereich roboterassistierter Systeme.   Fundierte Kenntnisse in Elektronik, Mechanik und IT-Systemen.   Erfahrung im technischen Kundendienst oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle.   Verständnis für medizinische und technische Normen und Vorschriften.   Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und analytisches Denken .   Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Kundenorientierung .   Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gutes Englisch erforderlich.   Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität .   Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  Benefits & Compensation Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
