Being in a fast-growing cardiac ablation business segment and with recent acquisition of the AFFERA™ Mapping and Ablation System, we are poised to provide innovative solutions to address unmet needs for many patients. We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Therapy Account Consultant to join our team to further drive the growth of the business. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Provide proficient clinical and technical assistance to physicians and Electrophysiology Lab Staff on the use of the AFFERA™ Mapping and Ablation System and related equipment Provide in-service training to introduce new technologies to various hospital stakeholders and ensure technology acceptance Play an active role in the planning and effective installation of the AFFERA™ Mapping and Ablation System and efficiently collaborate with the technical department Work closely with the education team and support the development of training centers Demonstrate excellent ability to plan cases and define priorities to maximize case coverage Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's degree required in electrical or medical engineering or related scientific disciplines 5+ years of clinical Electrophysiology experience and successful independent support of Electrophysiology mapping procedures Fluency in English and Arabic Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, with flexibility and willingness to travel on weekly basis Independent and responsible, with strong problem-solving skills under high-stress situations Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  Benefits & Compensation Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
