Create and update presentation material, consisting of macroeconomic trends, transaction activity and market fundamentals. Update and maintain quarterly database of transactional activity in a timely manner. Assist in producing thought leadership content and sector insights on emerging sectors. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Real Estate or similar relevant field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is necessary. The ideal candidate would demonstrate analytical thinking and be comfortable with large datasets. The ideal candidate would possess interpersonal skills and thrive in a team-oriented environment, supporting regional and local capital markets teams. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in meeting a variety of stakeholder requests. Attention to detail, meticulousness and organisation/time management skills are highly valued. Prior knowledge of Asia Pacific real estate market trends and industry players is not needed, beneficial.
