Achievement of the key performance indicators and service level agreement targets. Promoters Open, constructive and collaborate relations with superiors, subordinates, peers and clients. Ownership of the day-to-day administration including various report generation/MIS to the management. Ensuring an adequate supply of consumables/material and service for the proper operation of services and enter into supply and service contracts as approved by the client. Maintain appropriate stock levels of all consumables to ensure smooth operations & escalate in time to achieve availability of stocks. Maintain appropriate levels of petty cash to support FM operations. Vendor invoice processing aligned with JLL finance process. Contribute to the weekly FM meeting minutes and to the monthly management report to client and other reports as required. Delivery of agreed initiatives as per Intel and JLL initiatives road map. Assist FM (Move) to inspect churn and move works including night time or weekend works.     Diploma / Degree with experience in Technical management.     4-5 years of experience in development, implement and maintaining Technical Operation         MNC / Consulting firms.       Good written and spoken communication skills       Good coordination skills       Ability to multi-task and efficiently track implementation at       remote locations through identified SPOC’s       Program management skills Electrical License is Mandatory       Leadership       Able to work with multiple teams       Set examples for other Executives.       Monitors personal performance measures and achieves       results.       Personal Effectiveness       Makes appropriate decisions and demonstrates sound       judgment       Actively pursues improvement opportunities and       implements them       Relationship Building       Conducts open, constructive and collaborative relations       with the Clients, Jones Lang LaSalle personnel and       relevant stakeholders       Gains respect of the Client and Jones Lang LaSalle       personnel.       Communication       Possesses effective written and oral communication skills.       Listens effectively and communicates through actions     Effective tracking of compliance and regulatory     Key Performance Measures   Requirements across all facilities.     Other measures will be part of the Individual performance agreement at site level(My Performance)     Location: On-site –Bengaluru, KA Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
