Where you build our medical instruments, colleagues rely on you because you know where the risks and bottlenecks lie and take immediate action when necessary. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Setting up, managing, and monitoring materials, tools, and production equipment Resolving minor malfunctions, and operating the production equipment Perform production tasks (such as assembling instruments), overseeing safety and continuously monitoring process flow Identify and communicate about production bottlenecks and identify product deviations Liaise with development engineers regarding product and/or production changes Using your production knowledge and experience, you'll provide input to engineers for process development, improvement, and assurance.
