Sie agieren als technischer Experte im Außendienst und arbeiten eng mit Vertriebs-, Klinik- und Service-Teams zusammen. Der Arbeitsplatz ist flexibel organisiert – Homeoffice sowie Kundeneinsätze vor Ort sind Teil des Arbeitsalltags. Gelegentliche Reisen national und international sind erforderlich. In Ihrer Rolle berichten Sie an den zuständigen regionalen Leiter. Die Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams, Kunden und klinischen Partnern steht im Mittelpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit. Zur Verstärkung unseres teams suchen wir derzeit eine*n engagierte*n und motivierte*n Kolleg*in – für die Region Österreich und es ist eine Remote Position. Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Für Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein. Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt: Technischer Support bei Implantationen, Inbetriebnahme, Follow-up und Wartung von Medtronic Herzschrittmachern und implantierbaren Defibrillatoren Durchführung technischer Produktdemonstrationen und Schulungen für Kunden Analyse komplexer Problemstellungen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung technischer Lösungsansätze Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung und Implementierung neuer Technologien Therapieorientierte, klinische Beratung der Kunden sowie die Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen mit medizinischem Fachpersonal und Organisationen. Finanzielle Verantwortlichkeit für den Erfolg in Ihnen zugewiesenen Kunden Erstellung technischer Präsentationen und Unterstützung bei wissenschaftlichen Veranstaltungen Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung: Relevante berufliche Erfahrung, z.B.
