Monitor critical equipment in all Cavite sites. Conduct site audit and quality inspection against vendor performance. Manage Facility Management reporting such as: Services report recording 52-week update for all sites Manage shared folder with client ensuring that the folder was updated Ensure all vendor works are coordinated and documented. Monitoring tickets at corrigo and ensuring timely closure of request. Support documentation for SPS requirement for clients. Facilities Coordinator will act as support and back up to Assistant Facilities Manager and Facilities Manager as a supervisory point of contact for building management, vendor/suppliers, and clients. Manage the Handyman Service and Modified PM Activities. Support sustainability and innovation in all sites. Support client’s government compliance and audits.   Qualifications for facilities Coordinator – Technical:   Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities operations or related field. Graduate of Engineering course such us Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Professional license is preferred. Ability to be on call after normal business hours Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment Capable of providing quality customer service Has background in in safety compliance. Has experience in vendor management. Flexible and quick to adopt in an evolving environment. Strong communicator across all levels.
