Diese Rolle kombiniert praktische technische Expertise mit Koordinationsaufgaben, um optimale Anlagenfunktionen für unsere Life-Science-Kunden sicherzustellen. Sie verwalten Wartungsaktivitäten, koordinieren externe Dienstleister und unterstützen kritische Anlagenfunktionen unter Einhaltung branchenspezifischer Standards. Das erwartet Sie: Durchführung vorbeugender und korrigierender Wartung an Gebäudesystemen, Ausrüstung und Infrastruktur (ausgenommen HVAC-Systeme) Ausführung allgemeiner Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten mit handwerklichen Fertigkeiten und technischem Fachwissen sowie Unterstützung von Renovierungsprojekten, Sanierungen und kleineren Infrastrukturmaßnahmen Bedienung von Gabelstaplern für Materialhandling und Warenannahme während Kundenabwesenheit Koordination externer Dienstleister und Handwerksbetriebe für Wartungs- und Reparaturtätigkeiten Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Arbeitsauftrag-Tickets durch technischen Support der ersten Ebene Überwachung von Wartungsaktivitäten und Führung präziser Dokumentation abgeschlossener Arbeiten Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards gemäß JLL-Protokollen Unterstützung bei Raummanagement und Belegungsplanung mit CAFM-Tools Teilnahme an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen für Wartungsprozesse Damit überzeugen Sie uns: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung/Weiterbildung in relevantem Fachbereich Erfahrung im industriellen Facility Management, vorzugsweise in Produktions- oder Life-Science-Umgebungen Gültiger Gabelstaplerführerschein und nachgewiesene Logistikerfahrung Umfassendes Wissen in allgemeiner Gebäudewartung und Reparaturtechniken Nachgewiesene Erfahrung sowohl in praktischen als auch organisatorischen Aspekten der Anlagenwartung Projekterfahrung in Wartungs- und Infrastrukturmaßnahmen bevorzugt Selbständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit Fähigkeit, verschiedene Verantwortlichkeiten zu handhaben Starke Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und schnelle Lernfähigkeit Proaktive, praktische Mentalität mit starken organisatorischen Fähigkeiten Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Kompetenz in MS Office-Anwendungen SAP-Erfahrung sehr wünschenswert Vertrautheit mit CAFM-Systemen (Computer Aided Facility Management) bevorzugt JLL mitgestalten Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung unter Angabe Ihres frühestmöglichen Starttermins sowie Ihrer Gehaltsvorstellung.
