Our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Integrated Operating Unit offers devices and therapies that treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms and heart failure. It is comprised of four key businesses: Cardiac Pacing Therapies, Defibrillation Solutions, Patient Management, and Procedure Innovations. Together, we will transform the lives of people with cardiac arrhythmias and heart failure. Our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) offers a minimally invasive procedure for treating atrial fibrillation (AF). Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:   Promotes and sells Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) & Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services Conducts market research including customers and competitors’ activities Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed Required Knowledge and Experience: University‘s degree required in any discipline (preferably in Engineering, Nursing, Cardiovascular Technology, Life-Science, or another relevant) Experience working in medical devices industry will be added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Have a willingness to travel Having an interest and understanding in cardiac anatomy & physiology Having good verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English  Willing to consider Diploma Degree holder with Minimum 2 years experience of relevant experience Open for Fresh graduate coming from Medical related course.
