A Day in the Life This role will manage projects related to the continuous improvement and governance of the RA core process areas. This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for key business processes. Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. PR) locations (USD):$89,600.00 - $134,400.00   This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
