A Day in the Life Event management Las funciones a desempeñar correspondientes a la beca ofertada son: Gestión de eventos presenciales, virtuales y Third Party, llevando a cabo labores de: Parte administrativa de gestión de documentación y procesos internos Gestión de contratos Búsqueda de proveedores y reservas Asistencia On-Site (acompañado) a los eventos que lo requieran Gestión de eventos virtuales Cierre, gestión de facturas y pagos Soporte en la actualización de reportes e informes del departamento Soporte al equipo de ELM, en la gestión de eventos y procesos Conocimientos: Nivel alto de inglés (Lectura: Nivel C1) / Escritura: Nivel C1/ Conversación: Nivel C1) Paquete office Alto (Excel, Power Point, Word). Experiencia previa : no requerida Estudios Mínimos: Grado Tipo de Licenciatura/Grado: Marketing ADE Publicidad Competencias: Proactividad. Capacidad de comunicación y de trabajo en equipo. Ganas de aprender y de asumir nuevos retos. Capacidad organizativa y atención al detalle. Manejo de la gestión del tiempo y capacidad de trabajo bajo presión. Información adicional: Convenio de prácticas Duración: 12 meses (prorrogables + 6 meses) Jornada Completa Horario: flexible 7:30-10:00 a 16:00-18:30.
