Employee Contract Type: Local - Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term) Job Description: Position Summary: The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Lead will design and implement the program’s M&E framework, ensuring effective tracking of performance and results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee M&E plans and frameworks. Monitor program performance and ensure data quality and accuracy. Lead capacity-building initiatives in M&E for partners and stakeholders. Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders. Ensure alignment with PEPFAR reporting requirements. Qualifications: Advanced degree in public health, statistics, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E roles for public health programs. Strong familiarity with PEPFAR’s MER indicators and reporting frameworks. Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools. Applicant Types Accepted: Local Applicants Only
