Key Responsibilities: PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Lead and provide direction in achieving the national strategy and ensuring program quality in the processes of diagnosis, design, monitoring, evaluation, and learning; enhancing talent and visualizing sustained impact on the well-being of the most vulnerable children. Main Responsibilities Coordinate the continuous process of planning, monitoring, and evaluation of the National Strategy. Based on global, regional, and CA4 Cluster guidelines: Coordinate the monitoring of indicators and continuous evaluation of the national strategy. Lead processes of Diagnosis, Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning: Continuous updating of information to map territories for growth or evaluation for donors and support offices. Lead continuous improvement and innovation processes. Participate and ensure collaboration in the design of project proposals. Education: Professional in Social Sciences, Administrative Sciences, or related fields. Postgraduate specialization in research and development. Knowledge of strategic and operational planning . Innovation and Strategic Capability Oral and written communication techniques. Conflict resolution techniques. Capacity for analysis and synthesis. Management of popular education techniques and strategic planning. Advanced knowledge of English. Knowledge and management of participatory methodologies with children and adults. Experience: Experience in community development projects and community organization. Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in formulation, planning, administration, and evaluation of development programs and projects. Applicant Types Accepted: Local Applicants Only
