Summary 当社のアフターマーケット事業拡大に伴い、当社納入の業務用空調機器のサービス営業強化が必須。また将来の営業マネジャー候補の人材確保・育成を目指しています。 Job Description 当社の業務用空調機器（熱源チラー、設備用パッケージエアコン、マルチエアコン）の納入顧客に対して、アフターサービス・ソリューション提案全般（保守契約、整備提案営業を実施、また過年度機種への更新提案）営業を担当して頂きます。（さらには、自社製、他社製問わず）社内のサービスエンジニア担当、工事エンジニア担当と連携・サポート体制により、お客様へ質の高いソリューションを実現します。 【担当業務】 ・業務用空調機器（熱源チラー、設備用パッケージエアコン、マルチエアコン）のアフターサービス・ソリューション提案（保守、整備、更新）営業活動（提案、商談、顧客折衝） ・主な営業先：工場、病院、商業施設、公共施設、学校、事務所ビル、データセンター等 【具体的業務】 ・営業先訪問、各提案活動、受注活動、見積提出、価格折衝、機器点検結果報告、 ・プロスペクト管理、与信管理、市場分析、競合他社分析等 Minimum Requirements ＜経験・スキル＞ 【必須要件】 ・普通自動車第一種免許 【歓迎要件】 ・メーカー、空調サービス会社での営業経験、メンテナンス経験、特に空調業界での営業経験 ・管工事施工管理技士(1級、2級) ・第１～３種冷凍機械責任者資格 ・その他、空調に関連する資格 【他特記事項】 ・優れたコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップ ・基礎的PC操作（Excel：表、グラフ、基礎的関数、PPT：基礎的知識。Word：基礎的知識） Benefits We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.
