About the role As Deputy Sales Manager, RLC/VRF for Carrier, you are responsible in supporting various account management activities and customer relationship management and supporting the company's interests and developing business relationships to enhance distribution channel management performance. Key Responsibilities: As a Deputy Sales Manager, RLC/VRF, you'll be responsible for: Plans, execute, and manages residential, light commercial & VRF projects To coordinate with operation team, credit & finance team to ensure timely delivery in meeting forecast plan To provide system comparison, analyze and fill in products & technical information  Able to provide alternative solutions to suit customer's need/requirement Be proactive in entire sales cycle, from identifying pipeline, specs in, offering to customers to delivery execution and T&C Adapted quickly to unexpected site changes or obstacles encountered during project execution Collaborate with management team to develop strategic plans for business growth.
