Summary岗位概述: Working on the Shared Services team, you will be an integral part of helping to build our HR Shared Services organization with a focus on driving efficiency and consistency through centralization of systems and processes.   Accountabilities基本职责: 1. Case management system (ServiceNow) and telephony system (8*8) management, including but not limit to case triage, handling customer enquiries, system maintenance etc 2. Collect feedback, consolidate common issues and work with stakeholders to drive operational excellence 3. Manage HR policies, processes and system related inquires (workday reporting / security / transactions) via telephony systems, case management systems, HR portal and functional mail in a prompt and professional manner 4. Collect feedback, consolidate common issues and work with stakeholders to drive operational excellence 5. Liaise with HRBP / Field HR and functional CoE including C&B, L&D, TA team to be familiar with all related HR policy and processes 6. Build up and maintain HR knowledge base such as HR polices, FAQs, process etc   Qualification & Requirement任职资格: 2+ years related experience in advisory center or HR advisory role Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required Understand front line / business requirements, experience in call center is preferred Strong communication & interpersonal skills Abilities (such as logical thinking, analytical ability) required to find solutions to difficult or complex issues Customer focus mindset Strong planning & organizing ability Understanding of HR policies / China labor law Understanding of HR system key concepts and philosophy Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
