Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.  The role: The Project Manager is responsible for the co-ordination and follow through to completion of all aspects of projects and to this end will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of the project. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead BMS / HVAC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, develop project scopes, and define deliverables. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and successful delivery. Prepare project schedules, resource allocation plans, and cost estimates. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure effective communication channels throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project documentation, including contracts, technical specifications, and change orders. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of required equipment and materials. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to project requirements and client expectations. Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise during the project. Requirements: Proven Experience within a similar role as a Project Manager within the BMS or HVAC Industry. Develop and deliver margin improvement strategies. Ability to develop and implement budgets. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
