Key Responsibilities: Position:  Receptionist at Children’s City in Korca Location:  Korca Application deadline:  February 11th 2026 JOB PURPOSE The purpose of this position is to contribute to the provision of both receptionist service at Children’s City program in Korca as well as support the implementation of program activities with children aged 6-14 years old. He/She will be responsible for managing visitors that require information on the programs/courses offered, keeping monthly beneficiaries database and other relevant documentation, managing monthly subscriptions of children in programs/courses, communicating to parents and children’s on possible program changes, etc. In addition will be responsible to deliver a maximum of 8 hours/week program activity with children including program preparation time.    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Reception Services Greets, receives, welcomes, books and provides relevant information to playground guests, clients and visitors Issues and collects tickets for all clients. Registers tickets in the log book and ensures full reconciliation. Takes and passes on messages. Determines when an issue is urgent and expedites a response. Maintains the reception area in a tidy condition. Maintains available general information on the Centre available for the visitors and staff. Connects callers who may uncertain of their required contact to the most appropriate department/contact. Handle typing, word processing, photocopying, and other support needs for administration of the Centre. Playground general maintenance and custodial duties as requested. Stock front desk, janitorial supplies, and concessions inventory Ensures that First Aid kit has the full collection of supplies at all times. Program Implementation Plans activities for programs that are implemented in City of Children. Implement programs with children, ensuring that they are according to log frames. Monitoring and assisting in activities and programs for children, to ensure their implementation based in the project plan. Administrative Assistance Arranges and coordinates (at a low level) office supplies and other City of Children center’s purchasing needs. Be aware of basic procurement policies in purchasing and payment. Monthly statistics of children's attendance. Collection of feedback from people who come to the City of Children. Administration of staff time in and out documentation. KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE Required Professional Experience Very good verbal and listening communication skills. Ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively Ability to work pleasantly and professionally with course instructors to show empathy and understanding for young children and their parents. Computer skills (basic programs) Time management skills. Highly organized and discrete. Filing of confidential and general paperwork. Must be discreetly able to screen visitors, use good judgment or ask if questionable An understanding of relevant policies and procedures Required Education, Training, License, Registration, and Certification Higher Education Degree (at least Bachelor degree) preferably in Social Science. A Master’s degree is an advantage. Excellent communication skills with both parents and children. Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications At least one-year experience in reception services and client/visitors management. Experience in program activities with children aged 6-14 years old. Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email communication, online collaboration tools).
