角色职责 : 精通实验室测试原理和技术，熟悉空调产品的性能和可靠性试验，能给测试员进行测试技术、产品的性能和可靠性试验以及国标的培训； 主导客户见证测试（现场见证和远程见证），可以进行中英文交流，介绍和解释实验室测试原理和测试技术，并可以解答客户提出的问题； 角色 目的 : 按照上级要求安排测试计划，满足上级要求的测试效率、测试质量并分析改善等 给测试员做相关测试原理、测试技术、国标和产品培训 完成CNAS相关工作 接待国内外客户见证沟通（有英文口语沟通能力优先） 设备故障可以及时找出原因并解决 按照实验室资源合理安排协调实验室测试计划； 熟悉CNAS，可以独立完成不确定度的评定、测试方法确认、实验室比对分析、测量审核、编制质控图并分析原因等； 按照CNAS要求审核检测报告； 熟悉实验室投资和建造过程，能熟练协调和沟通相关部门和供应商保证投资进度和质量； 能指导测试员，维护、排查和解决实验室的仪器设备故障； 完成上级交办的其他任务； 最低要求: 全日制本科及以上；制冷、热能、暖通相关专业； 有风冷模块机、组合式空调箱的实验室测试和产品开发测试验证经验者； 熟练使用办公软件（office、CAD等）；英语四级及以上；良好的中英文沟通能力； 积极进取，责任心强；能承受工作压力；高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神。服从加班。 Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
