Job Description 可独立完成整个工程项目的进度、质量、安全、人员等的管理与协调，同时跟进合同管理，收款、付款控制成本等，工程的竣工验收及竣工资料编写及移交等工作。 与业主、管理公司、总包单位、监理单位以及设计单位进行沟通和协调，确保项目的实施和顺利交付。 具备一定现场调试、故障处理和辨别能力，可以指导完成整个空调机房系统及末端系统的调试工作。 及时组织办理项目实施过程中产生的工程变更以及增项手续；组织完成工程各阶段的测试及验收、完成培训及决算工作。 项目前期配合销售与技术支持团队进行现场勘察、实施方案制定、工程预算等配合投标工作与项目实施阶段分包的招标等工作。 Minimum Requirements 本科及以上学历，暖通空调、电气或相关专业优先。 8年以上空调系统工程现场项目管理的经验。 熟悉空调系统的工作原理与运行要求（冷源/末端空调/末端风墙/环境控制等）和控制系统基础技术、熟悉配电系统。 具有较强的责任心、充分的执行力、良好的人际理解力和沟通能力，具备良好的团队合作精神，能与项目现场各实施单位建立良好的合作机制。 Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
