About the role As part of Carrier’s Digital transformation, the incumbent will serve as the Senior Consultant, SAP S/4 HANA Sales/O2C. The incumbent is responsible for supporting and leading specific process domain expertise in CoE ERP. Moreover, the incumbent will support process work stream within project or support to deliver requested ERP functionality. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related business discipline(s)  Minimum of 10 years of experience within the information technology and/or increasing responsibilities within a related or relevant area of business Minimum of 7 years of proven, hands-on experience in SAP ERP project delivery or support Spoken and written English is mandatory  Willing to travel internationally  S4/HANA Sales and Distribution:   Participation in all phases of at least 1 full-lifecycle SAP SD/OTC implementations Results orientation, always stretching to drive personal and team outcomes  Effective interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills  Open and able to work in cultural diversity environment   Customer facing skills, ideally gained a consultancy role  Demonstrated “agile-development” mindset with strong customer-focus & results-orientation Responsibilities Implement/review/confirm ERP solutions that adhere to high level conceptual design and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements in projects/enhancements  Perform scoping, fit-to-standard workshops for projects/enhancements, proposes solutions for key gaps, provide effort estimates and align with business teams  Defines and prioritizes SAP ERP product features in collaboration with business subject matter experts  Demonstrates product expertise and provides demos to customers as needed  Explore newly released ERP cloud features to increase customer satisfaction and delivery continuous productivity improvement – initiate, align within business and implement  Coach and mentor junior team members within the incumbent process domain responsibility  Provide digital / technical advice and consultancy to clients in effective manner  Lead SAP ERP software deliveries with a heavy focus on reuse and standardization  Perform any other activities requested by your supervisor that are in line with the incumbent`s competencies and experience  Our commitment to you Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
