About the role As part of Carrier’s Digital transformation, the incumbent will to serve as the Consultant, SAP S/4 HANA Extended Warehouse Management. The incumbent is responsible to support specific process domain expertise in CoE ERP. Moreover, the incumbent will support process work stream within project or support to deliver requested ERP functionality The incumbent will report to the S4 HANA Functional Leader Benefits We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related business discipline(s)  Minimum of 5 years of experience within the information technology and/or increasing responsibilities within a related or relevant area of business.  Minimum of 3 years of proven, hands-on experience in SAP ERP project delivery or support   S4/HANA Extended Warehouse Management  Results orientation, always stretching to drive personal and team outcomes  Effective interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills  Open and able to work in cultural diversity environment   Customer facing skills, ideally gained a consultancy role  Demonstrated “agile-development” mindset with strong customer-focus & results-orientation Spoken and written English is mandatory  Willing to travel internationally  Responsibilities Implement/review/confirm ERP solutions that adhere to high level conceptual design and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements in projects/enhancements  Perform scoping, fit-to-standard workshops for projects/enhancements, proposes solutions for key gaps, provide effort estimates and align with business teams  Defines and prioritizes SAP ERP product features in collaboration with business subject matter experts  Demonstrates product expertise and provides demos to customers as needed  Explore newly released ERP cloud features to increase customer satisfaction and delivery continuous productivity improvement – initiate, align within business and implement  Provide digital / technical advice and consultancy to clients in effective manner  Our commitment to you Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
