What you’ll do Participate in startup and commissioning of new units, applying expertise to support a state-of-the-art facility. Perform diagnostic tests, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions, and execute regularly scheduled maintenance on heating and cooling units. Review and interpret regulatory requirements and technical documents, including blueprints and diagrams. Cultivate strong customer relationships and ensure timely escalation of issues for resolution when necessary. Prioritize safety by adhering to licensing requirements, operating equipment safely, recognizing HVAC-related hazards, completing safety training, and implementing effective safety measures. Pay Range The hourly rate for this position is between $48.70 - $109.90 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
