As the Inside Sales Associate you will be responsible for partnering with field sales team to secure additional sales for the Carrier Commercial Service Organization.   This role is a great fit for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building relationships, and have outstanding customer service. This is the ideal role for those that are results-oriented and looking to grow their sales career with a leading HVAC Service organization.   Job responsibilities • Sell and assist sales process; emphasize product features and select materials based on customer need, specifications, interests, demand, capabilities and limitations • Coordinate estimating processes; work with customer, sales teams, estimating and leadership to generate accurate pricing proposals for new and existing products • Maintain and interpret all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations; prepare quotes and contracts for potential customers • Work with sellers in your assigned market to build out comprehensive quotes for repair and service opportunities • Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information • Provides high level of service to internal and external customers • Establish customer rapport and effective questioning techniques to identify the prospect’s needs, budget, decision-making process, timeline, and next steps • Utilize applicable sales tools such as Salesforce to track and effectively develop sales opportunities   Required Qualifications – ·        HS Diploma or GED ·        Ability to pass an MVR Background Check ·        2+ years of experience in HVAC sales or HVAC industry experience.   Preferred Qualifications –   ·        Proactive and able to balance multiple priorities ·        Excellent communication, both written and oral ·        Able to build strong relationships across industries and functions ·        Aptitude to understand building mechanical system basics, facility management budgeting processes, sustainability initiatives, and customer needs. ·        Bachelor’s Degree ·        SAP and Salesforce experience Benefits   Employees are eligible for benefits, including:   Health Care benefits:   Medical, Dental, Vision; wellness incentives   Retirement benefits   Time Off and Leave:   Paid vacation days, up to  15 days ; paid sick days, up to 5 days; paid personal leave, up to 5 days; paid holidays, up to   13 days ; birth and adoption leave; parental leave; family and medical leave; bereavement leave; jury duty; military leave; purchased vacation    Disability:   Short-term and long-term disability    Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment    Tax-Advantaged Accounts:   Health Savings Account; Healthcare Spending Account; Dependent Care Spending Account    Tuition Assistance      To learn more about our benefits offering, please click here:   Work With Us | Carrier Corporate   T he specific benefits available to any employee may vary depending on   state and local laws and   eligibility factors, such as date of hire and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements .          This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.  Pay Range   The annual salary for this position is $ 80,750. – $ 113,250 .   Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.    Applications will be accepted for at least 3 days from Job Posting Date .    Job Posting Date:   01 /16 /2026    Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
