Project Coordinator Salary £37,560 – £46,950 per annum plus strong benefits package and excellent career progression opportunities/support. We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Dumfries & Galloway team within SP Energy Networks’ Distribution business. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering overhead line refurbishment projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and business objectives. What you’ll be doing Supervise overhead line contractors delivering projects in Dumfries & Galloway. Manage site delivery of underground cable laying projects Develop robust project plans to minimise outages and meet licence obligations. Liaise with landowners, customers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor performance targets including capex spend, technical closure, and customer service. Promote and ensure compliance with all safety legislation and standards. What you’ll bring Project/programme coordination experience. Knowledge of regulatory environment and incentive mechanisms. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and devise solutions to challenges. Technical and operational experience in a relevant engineering role. Working knowledge of construction and maintenance standards (LV up to 33kV). Computer literacy and familiarity with systems such as SAP. Minimum Criteria: Crafts qualification, apprenticeship, S/NVQ, or equivalent experience. Previous LV experience. Good customer service skills.
