Our Service team in Poland is a key part of the European network, responsible for supporting fleet customers, service partners, and developing aftersales services. We focus on modernity, digitalization, and dynamic growth—both in products and business models. We are seeking a Service Manager who has experience building and growing business by working with Carrier’s service network, OEMs & direct customers. The role requires an experienced business development professional with solid automotive industry, analytical skills & exceptional technical skills. The candidate should be able to operate in a matrix organization, working with our service partners, customers, Sales, Product Management & operations teams. This position reports directly to the Managing Director. Experience and hard skills: • Experience in managing large service teams (preferably in automotive, transport, refrigeration, or related industries) & a proven track record in implementing innovation, digital transformation & service development • Strong leadership skills, ability to build relationships & motivate teams • Customer orientation—understanding customer needs, proactive problem solving, building a positive customer experience • Knowledge of modern IT tools, e-commerce, telematics solutions • Communicativeness, openness to change, proactivity, travel requirements (PL) approx. 30% of the time.
