Job Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Working Student to support our Finance team. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and financial processes within an innovative and dynamic energy company. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documentation Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Support month-end and year-end closing activities Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations Participate in internal and external audits and help resolve discrepancies Update financial reporting databases to ensure accuracy and consistency Requirements Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Knowledge of German accounting principles required; IFRS knowledge is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Strong communication skills in both German and English What We Offer Practical, hands-on experience in a leading international energy company A supportive and experienced finance team committed to your learning and development Flexible working hours to accommodate your academic schedule A modern office located in the heart of Berlin A multinational, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture Mobility Information Please note that any applicant who is not a citizen of the country of the vacancy will be subject to compliance with the applicable immigration requirements to legally work in that country.
