Required Qualifications 7+ years of strong experience with Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS, or self-managed clusters) Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Helm charts. Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform Practical knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker Experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Proficiency in scripting/programming (e.g., Python, Bash, or Go) Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitOps principles Familiarity with observability systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, etc.) Hands‑on experience with real‑time data pipelines and stream processing using Kafka, Schema Registry, and Kafka Connect. Key Responsibilities Helm Chart Development:               Design, build, and maintain reusable Helm charts for deploying microservices and infrastructure components in Kubernetes. Kubernetes Operations:               Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters across environments (development, staging, production). Automation & Deployment:               Automate CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. Infrastructure as Code (IaC):               Use Terraform, Helm, and related tools to define, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure. System Observability:               Set up monitoring, logging, and tracing (e.g., with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Loki, OpenTelemetry) to ensure system reliability. Incident Response:               Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement. Collaboration:               Work closely with development teams to ensure application reliability, define SLIs/SLOs, and promote SRE best practices. Security & Compliance:               Integrate security best practices into all systems, especially around Kubernetes and CI/CD.
