In this role, your key responsibilities will be the following: Provid ing Customer Service for a group of selected customers within the EMEA region . Actively processing orders and provid ing support to customers where needed . Troubleshooting problems related to the availability of items, financial information, logistics or any customer related issue. T racking customer service KPI's and metrics . C ommunicating with customers on a daily basis (phone, email) . Who we’re looking for: Located in or near Rotterdam . Fluent in English (Written and Spoken) . Team player . Eager to learn and treating mistakes as opportunities to grow. Capa ble to work in a fast pace environment with switching tasks. Resilient and motivated by long term development. Nice to have: conversational level Dutch, experience with customer service and ERP systems.
