Verantwoordelijkheden en bevoegdheden:   1.     Verantwoordelijk voor het invoeren van voorraad- en projectorders en het doorzetten naar de afdeling Logistiek en inkoop.   Verantwoordelijk voor eigen ingevoerde handelsorders. Verzorgt de afleverbevestigingen en regelt de afleveringen naar de klant. Houdt de leveringstijden van de handelsorders in de gaten en informeert klant op tijd. Behandelt de sales secretariaat mail box. Verwerkt de orderbevestigingen. Maakt en registreert de logboeken. Controleert de dagelijkse facturatie. Is verantwoordelijk voor de disputenadministratie, aan-en afmelding van de disputen en opvolging voor de afdeling Sales New Equipment. Verwerkt de credits in SAP. Verzorgt het aanvragen van de documenten t.b.v. het logboek. Opleiding, kennis en ervaring: Minimaal in het bezit van een afgeronde MBO opleiding. Bewezen secretariële/administratieve ervaring.   Competenties: Secuur Oog voor detail Communicatieve vaardigheden Teamgericht, goed kunnen samenwerken Goede kennis van MS-office Beheersing van de Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift Ervaring met SAP is een pré.
