Role Responsibilities: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction Drive new business development and grow existing accounts Manage direct sales of Residential & Light Commercial HVAC products (DX AHUs, Condensing Units, Rooftop Units, Ducted & Split Systems) Support the successful execution of large and complex projects from opportunity identification through delivery Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities to increase market share Follow up on quotations, understand project needs, and propose suitable solutions with application engineering support Prepare, review, and submit technical proposals, submittals, and contracts Negotiate pricing, discounts, and payment terms in line with company financial policies Coordinate with factories on pricing, equipment availability, ordering, and deliveries Manage the full order-to-delivery cycle, including invoicing and payment follow-up Monitor competitors, gather market intelligence, and generate new leads Active participation in monthly sales reviews Conduct regular customer visits and maintain active communication Ensure proper factory ordering and timely execution of projects Role Purpose: Seeking an experienced and professional Senior Sales Engineer to drive departmental sales strategies and targets. Strengthen customer relationships and grow market share.
