We are looking for a Junior Financial Accountant to play a key role in the Corporate Accounting organization. This role reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Accounting, and partners closely with Controllership and cross-functional teams, and helps build the Corporate Segment Controllership function from the ground up while supporting close, controls, and accounting operations.  Responsibilities  Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close for the Corporate Segment, delivering timely and accurate financials in accordance with US GAAP while maintaining a strong internal controls environment  Establish and implement close processes and procedures across Corporate areas, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs  Provide accounting support for corporate areas including Finance, HR, Legal, Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Technology, and Procurement  Prepare Corporate Segment journal entries and account reconciliations, and support monthly Balance Sheet and P&L review for accuracy  Partner with the Senior Director and Technology FP&A teams to provide accounting insights on hardware/software licensing arrangements, Data Centers, and related accounting treatment  Support and improve reconciliation and close operations, including global Blackline reconciliation administration and compliance with company policy  Lead or contribute to process improvement, automation, executive reporting, ad-hoc projects, BR Foundation financials, and Digital Transformation initiatives  Requirements  Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in General Ledger accounting  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with enterprise accounting systems (such as: Oracle, NetSuite, SAP)  Strong analytical capabilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in the interpretation of financial data  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels  #LI-MS1 #LI-Hybrid We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
