Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Implementation Manager (m/w/d), der unsere Kunden bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung und Einführung komplexer Lösungen im Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld begleitet.  In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit internen Fachbereichen, Projektmanagern und Kunden zusammen und übernehmen schrittweise Verantwortung in anspruchsvollen Implementierungsprojekten. Im Rahmen Ihrer Einarbeitung unterstützen wir Sie gezielt durch strukturierte Trainings, praxisnahe Schulungen und ein erfahrenes Mentoring, sodass auch Bewerber:innen mit einem niedrigeren Qualifikations oder Erfahrungsniveau – bei entsprechender Motivation und Lernbereitschaft – die Möglichkeit haben, sich fachlich und persönlich in der Rolle weiterzuentwickeln und langfristig zu wachsen. Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten Unterstützung des End‑to‑End‑Kundenonboardings als Teil eines Projektteams; Erfassung und Definition von Anforderungen sowie Mitwirkung an Projektplanung und ‑umsetzung in enger Abstimmung mit dem Projektmanager Identifikation von Risiken und Abhängigkeiten sowie Unterstützung der Abstimmung zwischen internen Teams und Kunden Erstellung von Aufwandsschätzungen und Sicherstellung, dass Projektergebnisse den definierten Anforderungen entsprechen, mit besonderem Fokus auf Effizienz und qualitativ hochwertige Umsetzung Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (IT, Entwicklung, Support) zur Erstellung von Solution-Design und Konzeptdokumenten; Beratung der Kunden auf Basis technologischer Anforderungen und bewährter Branchenstandards Konzeption der erforderlichen Anpassungen in den SWIFT‑Applikationen (z. B. SWIFT‑Services, Profile, Zertifikate, Endpoints, Routing, RMA etc.) sowie in Drittanwendungen (z. B. EBICS), einschließlich Anbindungskonzepten Erstellung von Testdokumentationen für automatisierte Tests in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam Installation und Konfiguration der Servicekomponenten (z. B. FinMApp, DTM, Datenübertragungslösungen) in den verschiedenen Umgebungen (QA, UAT, Produktion) Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Partnern bei der Ursachenanalyse sowie Bereitstellung von nachhaltigem Support durch eigenständige Lösungsfindung oder Eskalation im Rahmen des Projekts Gleichzeitige Betreuung mehrerer Projekte sowie schrittweiser Ausbau der Fähigkeiten im Prioritäten‑, Zeit‑ und Budgetmanagement Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Standards, Richtlinien und Best Practices Mitwirkung an internen Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Services und Prozessen Gelegentliche Teilnahme an geplanten Tätigkeiten an Wochenenden Qualifikationen Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: erste Berufserfahrung im SWIFT‑ und/oder Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld erste Erfahrung in Business‑Analyse und/oder Implementierung falls vorhanden, nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Umsetzung technischer Projekte und im Business Support innerhalb des SWIFT‑Umfelds Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Informationstechnologie, Finanzwirtschaft oder eines vergleichbaren Fachgebiets bzw. gleichwertige praktische Berufserfahrung Gute Kenntnisse im nationalen und internationalen Zahlungsverkehr sowie im Wertpapiergeschäft, einschließlich der Einsatzmöglichkeiten von SWIFT‑Produkten Erfahrung in der Spezifikation technischer und fachlicher Anforderungen Analytische Arbeitsweise, hohe Lernbereitschaft, ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte selbständige Arbeitsweise; Fähigkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck und bei konkurrierenden Prioritäten sicher und entschlossen zu Handeln Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in interkulturellen und diversen Teams Flexibilität, sicheres Auftreten sowie ein stark ausgeprägtes Kunden‑ und Serviceverständnis Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, mit technischen als auch mit nicht‑technischen Stakeholdern effektiv zusammenzuarbeiten Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Gültige Arbeits‑ und Aufenthaltserlaubnis für Deutschland Wünschenswerte Zusatzqualifikationen Erfahrungen mit folgenden Themen sind von Vorteil: Einsatz gängiger Software‑Tools wie JIRA, Confluence oder Remedy Übertragungsprotokolle (SFTP, MQ sowie ggf.
