Als Servicetechnicus bezoek je particuliere en zakelijke klanten om warmtepompen en/of ketels te installeren, onderhouden en storingen op te lossen. Je analyseert snel de situatie, pakt technische problemen zelfstandig aan en zorgt voor correcte documentatie van je interventies. Je vertrekt dagelijks vanuit huis met een volledig uitgerust servicevoertuig dat ’s nachts wordt bevoorraad, en je focust op kwalitatieve service en hoge klanttevredenheid. Daarnaast draai je mee in een bereikbaarheidsdienst, waarbij de meeste issues telefonisch kunnen worden opgelost. Wat breng jij mee? Minimaal twee jaar ervaring als servicetechnicus in warmtepompen en/of cv‑ketels. Voor warmtepompen: F‑gassen certificaat (categorie I). Voor ketels: SCIOS Scope 1 (minimaal), Scope 2 is een sterke troef. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands ; Engels is een plus bij technische topexpertise. Je bent administratief nauwkeurig en geïnteresseerd in nieuwe technologie. Je bent klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en bereid om continu bij te leren. Je beschikt over rijbewijs B en kan een VOG (verklaring omtrent gedrag) voorleggen. Wat bieden wij jou? Een aantrekkelijk salaris met bijbehorende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
