Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement a new React/Redux-based front end to replace the current desktop interface for the SFCM platform Work closely with back-end developers, UX/UI designers, product owners, and other stakeholders to create seamless and intuitive user experiences. Lead code reviews, technical sessions, and hands-on mentorship to build team competence and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer. Partner with QA and DevOps teams to align development with quality, security, and regulatory requirements specific to financial services. Implement secure coding standards, validate user inputs, manage authentication and authorization flows, and ensure alignment with enterprise and regulatory security requirements throughout the development lifecycle. Work closely with Java back-end developers to ensure seamless integration between services and the user interface; contribute to Java development tasks as needed. Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering, preferably Computer Science/IT, or related fields required 8+ years of professional development experience with minimum of  4+  years of  front-end development experience with modern React/JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. ·    Proven experience with: React and related libraries JavaScript/TypeScript CSS (styled-components or similar) State management (Context API, Redux) RESTful APIs and integration Data Grids (AG Grid or similar) Familiarity with web-based testing practices (automation) Experience with designing and implementing front end migration into React with Redux Deploying and hosting a web based application in a production environment Familiarity with back-end technologies (especially Java ) and willingness to support cross-stack development when required.
