Perform quality balance sheet reconciliations. Need to ensure the Account reconciliations are completed as per SOP. To ensure the smooth and straight-cut accrual entries are completed. To ensure the SLA is met for all the activities. To ensure process enhancement / process improvements are made. 100% adherence to compliance. Requirements / Qualifications:   Education qualification – Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce / CA Inter. 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in General Accounting processes and Balance Sheet account reconciliations. Strong conceptual understanding of accounting principles and processes. Good hands-on experience in MS Excel and ERP applications. Must have effective written and oral communication skills.
